How do I create a blended scent?

Choose a bottle size, then select up to four eligible fragrance oils and proportions totaling one whole bottle. Your blend summary stays with the cart line item for the team to review.

What formats are available?

Available bottle formats appear on each product page. Choose the format that best suits your ritual, then select the scent or blend you would like in that bottle.

How can I choose a scent when I am unsure?

Use Find Your Scent to search fragrance oils by name or browse scent families. Live chat is also available for personal guidance.

Can I join a fragrance class?

Yes. Upcoming group fragrance classes will appear on the classes page with the date, session details, and registration link.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-4 business days to process. Some orders may take up to 5-10 business days to be delivered. More details are available on the checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

International availability and weight-based rates appear at checkout once shipping zones and rates are configured in Shopify.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

What if my items arrive defective or damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the item, and the relevant details so our team can review the issue.

Can fragrance oils be returned?

There are no returns or exchanges on oils without prior authorization.

Are return shipping fees covered?

Any return instructions and shipping terms are provided only after authorization has been approved.
