Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped out within the same business date when the order has been placed. USPS, UPS or FEDEX Tracking information is included with every order. All orders will receive an invoice from Secret of Essence (printed & emailed). All items are shipped Monday-Friday, except holidays.
Refund Information:
We are adamant for 100% customer satisfaction! If the item is not as described, please return the item within 7 days, in its original condition the way it was sent to you. We will provide you a refund upon receiving the unaltered item back in our possession and upon inspection. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us, our staff will quickly reply within 24-48 hours after you send us a message.
